Logging in to your support portal

Your support portal is where you open requests, see the status of everything we're working on for you, and read the help articles written for clients. Your login is set up for you during onboarding; there is no sign-up form.

Your activation email

When we set up your account, the portal sends you an email from Ground Standard with the subject line "Activate your account". It goes to the email address you gave us on your onboarding form.

1. Open the email and click the Activate link.
2. Choose a password. That's your login from then on.
3. Bookmark the portal and sign in with your email address and that password.

The link in the activation email works once. If you already clicked it and set a password, use Forgot your password? on the login page instead.

If you didn't get the email

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from Ground Standard.
2. Make sure you're looking in the inbox for the email address you gave us during onboarding. If someone else at your school should have the login instead, tell us and we'll set them up too.
3. Still nothing? Contact support and ask us to resend your activation email. We can send it again at any time, and we can add logins for other people on your team.

Signing in later

Go to the portal, click Login, and enter your email address and password. If you've forgotten the password, click Forgot your password? and follow the email. You can also sign in with Google if your login email is a Google account.
