What we help with: your GS Pro account, leads and front-desk follow-up, ads, your website, content, strategy calls, gear orders, your partner listing, billing, and anything that isn't working the way it should.
Where to start: search this help center first. Most how-to questions are answered here. If your plan includes a Slack channel, your account manager is already there; post and they'll pick it up. Otherwise, contact us using any option below.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET for email, phone, and chat. Slack channels are covered beyond those hours, including evenings and weekends.
